This SMS Privacy Policy explains how Your IT On Call LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal information when you opt in to receive text messages (SMS) through the Track & Train platform.
Information We Collect
When you opt in to SMS notifications, we collect:
- Your mobile phone number
- Your name and client account information
- The date, time, and method of your SMS opt-in
- Message delivery and response data (e.g., opt-out requests)
How We Use Your Information
We use your mobile number and account information solely to send you service-related notifications, including:
- Account invitations and setup instructions
- Appointment and session reminders
- Training plan and check-in reminders
- Other client service communications related to your personal training engagement
We do not use your SMS opt-in data for marketing purposes or share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Data Retention
We retain your SMS opt-in information and mobile number for as long as you are an active client and have SMS notifications enabled. If you opt out of SMS or terminate your training agreement, we will promptly remove your number from our active SMS list and retain consent records only as required for compliance and legal purposes (typically up to 5 years).
You may request deletion of your SMS data at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
Opt-In
SMS notifications are disabled by default. To receive text messages, you must:
- Become a client of a personal trainer and agree to SMS communications as part of your client agreement
- Accept an invitation to download the app and complete account setup
- Navigate to Notification Preferences within the app and explicitly enable SMS messaging
You will receive a confirmation text when you opt in.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS at any time by:
- In-app: Navigate to Settings → Notification Preferences and disable SMS
- By text: Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to any message
Opt-out requests are processed immediately (typically within minutes), and you will receive one final confirmation message. After opt-out, you will not receive further SMS unless you re-enable SMS in your notification preferences.

Security
